Gratitude as a portal to abundance/success
Sometimes you wake up feeling more well-rested than other times. On such occasions, you may feel a sense of relaxation, confidence, inner peace, and generative drive (motivation to pursue the day) that you experience to a lesser extent on some days when you don't wake up feeling as well-rested.
In those days, it is easier to experience a sense of gratitude, abundance in what you have, and acceptance of what you don't have or wish to have.
Gratitude—the somatic sensation of deep appreciation of something—is a portal to success. When you fully experience gratitude for the current situation, you open up the possibility of achieving whatever you seek. You set yourself in the light of being the person who has enough right now, not constantly living unsatisfied and hoping to feel satisfaction at the next milestone.
This mindset attracts joy, relaxation, and a sense of sincere living, which in turn opens up opportunities and attracts other people to you. We enjoy spending time with and learning from people who enjoy themselves and the world with a sense of effortless lightness.
Because this is a mindset—a way of thinking and behaving—it can be practiced. The practice never stops. It morphs based on where you are, and it adapts to the situation at hand at any given time.
An embodied sense of gratitude is one way to open the doors of possibilities, seeing them open instead of closing. What you have currently is all you need. Let this sense of relaxed existence permeate through you, and continue your life.
