In this period of information overload and analysis paralysis, The ‘Weekly Highlights’ collects the 3, most valuable pieces of content I have come across during the week, and packages them in a single page, with some notes and key highlights, so to foster mindful and intentional consumption of content, which can truly add value to our life.

Obvious to you. Amazing to others.
What you take for granted as knowledge and ability, is not obvious to others. Once we have internalized something, we tend to believe that all the world knows it too. In fact, that is not true. What you know or are expert at is the result of a long process of exposure to and internalization of that knowledge.
Be aware of the spotlight effect.
We are absorbed in ourselves and self conscious about what we do in public. We all believe that there is a constant light on us as we go through life. Separating ourselves from our emotions and roles is key to overcoming the spotlight effect and enjoying life endeavors.
You don't have to be a guru. You can be a guide.
You can merely share your journey to becoming more knowledgeable or aware about whatever you are into. In this manner, you face the imposter syndrome by being wide open to sharing your journey, mistakes, vulnerabilities, lessons. And people can grow and learn together with you.
